Vegetarian Veggie Soup

1 can of crushed tomatoes 1 can of pinto beans 1 lb of Tofu extra firm 1 quart of water 1 small bunch of celery 4 large carrots 2 cups of collard greens 1 bunch of asparagus 2 medium onions 2 Bay Leaves 2 tsp off sea salt 1 tsp of basil 3 close of garlic Simmer on low heat 1 hour
