Goal Setting for Weight Loss

Focus when we tend to set weight loss goals we set our mind on achieving weight loss of 30lbs, yet if we were to put this goal into a more constructive and manageable goal.  For example I tell my client to set “performance goals” like working out 5x during the week.  This allows them to lay out a simple effective plan from the inside / out.  Thus, the result will happen with changing our approach to weight loss.  It more healthful to set manageable goals this almost increases your chances of achieving these goals by 50%.
