Chicken that’s in the Bag

Savoy Lemon Lime Baked Chicken


  • 4 halves of skinless boneless breasted of chicken
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of canola oil
  • 1 pinch of parsley flake
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick’s Grill Seasoning
  • 1 pinch of Sea salt
  • ½ up of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce



    Rinse Chicken breast halves and cut into 2in strips place in 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Cut lemon and lime in half squeeze both halves in to bag of chicken. Mince or chop garlic cloves place into bag. Add canola oil, parsley flakes, Grill Seasoning, Sea Salt, Soy sauce, and Balsamic Vinegar. Making sure the bag is sealed mix the ingredients and let then marinate. The longer you marinate the tender and juicy the chicken will be. I usually let the chicken sit in the frig all day. But if you’re crunched for time then 10 minutes will do.


    After marinating empty the contents of the bag into an 8 x 10 baking dish. A cook chicken for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

    Great sides are green bean and broccoli. Even throw a sweet potato into the oven to make this even more nutritious of a meal.
