Cardio Kickboxing with Michelle

This  is a total body cardiovascular conditioning class designed to challenge you by using the principles of boxing and kick boxing to shape and tone your whole body.  This class will use every muscle while at the same time empowering you mentally and physically.  No need to learn fancy footwork or even know how to punch, you will be able to perform at your own fitness level.

@ Monroeville Municipal Park Tillbrook Road

Monday & Wednesday’s 6:30 – 7:30pm

14 classes x 7 weeks

Cost: $80 or $10 per class

Class Recommendations:

Please bring towel & water to class.  While participating in class wear sneakers and comfortable workout attire.

All classes are taught to accommodate all levels of fitness and skills unless otherwise indicated.  Our instructors are trained to offer you the most effective workout for your fitness level.

Note: if you have had a long lay off due to injury or getting back into exercise after a long absence, we suggest to consult a physican before starting a exercise program
