Wednesday: 6am/pm P90X – Shoulbers & Arms

Thursday: 6pm P90X – Plyometrics & Ab Ripper

Friday: 6am P90x – Cardio X & Ab Ripper

Saturday: 9am P90X – Legs & Back

* All STUDENTS must have a fitness evaluation before participating in any formal fitness program
