Total Body Conditioning

This is an excellent class for someone who is looking to amp it up!  This interval training class is a good alternative to personal training.  This class is a mix of high impact aerobic, various drills, strength building exercises, muscle toning exercise, as well as exercise for balance, hand eye coordination, endurance, speed, strength, agility, and reaction time.  This is the perfect class for someone who is already in a routine, to spice it up! * Please note that an initial assessment is mandatory for all new client to ensure a positive experience.
